Some
Doubts on "Government Actions"
To
tell the truth, I often look at news on the Internet through
websites such as "Minghui" and "Buhuo," but there is one thing
that I don't understand. Why do they consider "Falun Gong"
practitioners' meaningless suicides, unexpected deaths and
sufferings in trying to "reach a higher level" as being "persecuted"
and "being beaten," as being the results of "government actions"?
Recently
"Minghui" and "Buhuo" have been raising a hue and cry about
the government "forcing" "Falun Gong" practitioners into mental
asylums, citing especially "news" from Jiaozhou City, Shandong
Province. In fact, a friend of mine on the Internet sent me
an E-mail from Jiaozhou City, saying that it was the "Falun
Gong" practitioners' family members who requested medical
examinations, and that in fact, five of the crazy practitioners
were diagnosed as suffering from "paranoid mental disorders."
After reading the E-mail, I want to ask "Minghui" and "Buhuo":
1. Is "family members' request" synonymous with "government
coercion"? 2. Did the crazy practitioners really suffer from
mental disorders after the medical examination? If these two
questions are given explicit answers, I want to ask a third
question: What on earth led the crazy "Falun Gong" practitioners
to such a miserable end: "government's actions" or the evil
deeds of "Falun Gong"?
